Terms and Conditions
- We will Endeavour to always follow the itinerary you are provided with. However in some conditions where the weather or other acts of Mother Nature may affect our travel plans we will make alternative arrangements.
- We will make sure that every step is taken to ensure you will get the vehicle as advertised, however we have the right to change the vehicles to a similar vehicle should there be a mechanical fault or other such problems that are unforeseeable.
- Deposits will be refunded if due to our own fault the tour or transport cannot be provided.
- We will Endeavour to always follow the itinerary you are provided with. However in some conditions where the weather or other unforeseeable circumstances may affect our travel plans we will make alternative arrangements.
- We will ensure we have close contact with the operators of the attractions we visit, in doing so we will ensure we have regular updates of the operator’s facilities; however we are not responsible for any changes they make.
- If you are to shorten your tour we are not obligated to refund any fees.
- We do not accept any responsibility for an injury to persons or loss or damage of personal possessions belonging to those persons except when we have legal obligation to do so.
- We are not responsible for any delays or changes to the arrangements that are outside our control.
- We are a qualified Tourism Business operating in a legal manner, our vehicles are all passenger certified & hold current Certificates of Fitness. All our drivers have the correct qualifications for carrying passengers.
- Carlton Tours is fully insured, Vehicle insurance and public liability insurance.
- Seat belts are provided in all our vehicles, you as the passenger are responsible to use them.
- No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicles will be charged to the hirer.
- We have the right to remove passengers from our vehicles if they are acting in a way that is not appropriate or putting any lives at risk.
